Phillip is Cardlink's Company Accountant, having originally started as an Accounts Clerk. He is a part of the backbone of our company and simply loves the broad variety of his role.

Christine Knedler

Accident Administrator - May 1995-Present
Having undertaken four different roles over her years at Cardlink, Christine is never shy of new challenges. Our 4000+ merchants have known her as our Merchant Contact specialist. More recently, she has been promoted to be our Accident Administrator.

Carolynn Lamperd

New Applications Administrator/Credit Controller - June 1996-Present
When Carolynn is not indulging in a healthy dose of retail therapy, she works in our credit department as our New Applications Administrator/Credit Controller. Working with people is one of Carolynn's strengths and our customer relations are enhanced by her amicable nature.

Jeanne Noakes

Customer Contact Specialist - August 1996-Present
A Customer Contact Specialist is a vital role as they are often a customers' first touchpoint with us. We are proud to have Jeanne fulfil this role, due to her outstanding, warm people skills. We are well used to hearing the sound of her laughter!

Mike Cummerfield

Fleet Operations Manager - October 1996-Present
Mike Cummerfield, our Fleet Operations Manager, has a natural talent for achieving results, supported by his hard working and dedicated staff. Mike's other talents include rally car driving - but we are thankful he has no desire to give up his day job.

Trish Hiroa

Customer Contact Specialist - November 1996-Present
Another loyal member of our core staff, Trish has worked for Cardlink for eleven years. As a Customer Contact Specialist she has skilfully handled every possible customer issue. On weekends, if Trish is not in the garden she'll be seen with her six grandchildren.

Mahendra Jithoo

Business Development Manager - March 1998-Present
"Ask Mahendra" is a common phrase heard around the office. Mahendra has had at least eight roles in his time at Cardlink and has worked his way up from the bottom to being our resident "go-to" guy. After hours Mahendra enjoys spending time with his family or playing and watching sport.

Henry Schellingerhout

Fleet Authorisations Team Leader - March 1998 - Present
Henry helped build our Fleet Auths team from the ground up. When he is not chasing merchants for invoices, he enjoys running after his 6 children and 11 pets!

Jenny Potter

Collections Officer - November 1998 - Present
You may wonder “what keeps someone interested after ten years?” For Jenny it is variety – in credit no two days are the same, with ever-changing markets there is always something new to learn! Over the years Jenny has made many friends at Cardlink and she values the friendly environment and the focus that is put on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
