Petronas is the nationally owned petroleum corporation of Malaysia. Established in 1974 the corporation is responsible for developing and managing the oil and gas resources of Malaysia, but has grown to be an international oil and gas company, conducting business in over 30 countries.

Petronas is involved in all aspects of petroleum activities: upstream (exploration and production) and downstream activities (refining, marketing and distribution). Petronas head office is located in Kuala Lumpur.

Cardlink Systems was established in 1984 to compete for government fuel tenders. Cardlink Systems NZ currently provides fleet management services for over 6500 vehicles operated by New Zealand companies; such as Alstom, Downer Connect, Telecom,Transfield services, Chubb and Auckland City Council.

TaxiCharge - New Zealand

Established in its present form in 2002, TaxiCharge is owned by a majority shareholding of companies within the New Zealand taxi industry and a minority shareholding by Cardlink Systems. In operation since 1991, TaxiCharge is the only independent taxi billing and reporting system universally accepted in New Zealand.
