FleetSmart works with our customer's management to define the range of best fit-for-purpose vehicles that will both minimise vehicle-running costs in the field and meet all field requirements. Once the best option is identified, FleetSmart will access vehicle manufacturers or leasing companies to source the best price for vehicles as required.

Finance Providers

FleetSmart has relationships with all major finance companies. Typically arrangements revolve around non-maintained operating leases that are complimented by FleetSmart's outsourced fleet management service.

Vehicle Disposal

FleetSmart will monitor the condition of the vehicle over the term of life and maintain vehicle history on a fleet database. This maintains premium vehicle condition to achieve optimum selling price and maximises value of asset by disposing at the right time.

FleetSmart prepares vehicle for disposal and accesses suppliers on our customer's behalf. FleetSmart also manages the sale process, change of ownership, legal compliance and vehicle pick up.

Fuel Suppliers

FleetSmart recommends the best-fit fuel card to secure improved net fuel pricing from a preferred oil company and gain broader geographical coverage. This may be one of FleetSmart's fuel cards (FleetCard or DualCard) or a specific oil company card.

Vehicle Service Agents / Repairs and Maintenance Providers

FleetSmart has access to broad range of vehicle service and repairs and maintenance providers throughout New Zealand. Our ongoing benchmarking of these suppliers means that the best value is obtained for our customers. If a customer has any specific provider that wish to utilise, FleetSmart can incorporate this into our total fleet management package.
