FleetSmart is the fleet management division of Cardlink Systems Limited who have been in the New Zealand market for 24 years and are best know for their fuel cards, FleetCard and DualCard. FleetSmart is responsible for the day-to-day management of 10,000+ vehicles from NZ's largest public and private fleets including Telecom Ltd, Tyco Ltd, Auckland City Council, Northland Regional Council and Counties Manukau DHB.

FleetSmart is an alternative form of fleet management for larger (> 50) vehicle fleets. FleetSmart's critical point of difference is that management and funding functions are separated giving much greater control over all fleet related costs.

FleetSmart is, uniquely, an independent full service fleet manager in the sense that:

FleetSmart does not ‘clip the ticket' on any services, we bill you the actual cost of any maintenance, tyres, fuel etc.

Also by not being directly competing in the funding process we have access to data enabling us to objectively benchmark the best prices from across the whole marketplace.

FleetSmart provide a monthly consolidated invoice, giving total cost by vehicle, cost centre, department or group, so there is one bill to pay – reducing the workload on administration time.
