Account and Card Management
Card Manager maintains cards throughout their life, from account application and credit management, card issue, reissue and replacement in case of loss. A full compliment of account options including pre-paid or post-paid, consumer and corporate and various other combinations.
Transaction Management
Card Manager includes comprehensive transaction management, in both real time mode and offline batch mode. All transactions must pass through a thorough set of authorisation routines before they are considered valid.
Discounts
The system is designed to allow targeted discounting for specific customer needs or market segments. These include volume based discounts, fixed price, or rated discount. Card Manager also includes the ability to share the expense between various providers.
Fees
Card Manager can calculate and charge fees using traditional methods such as monthly account or card fees, transaction fees in addition to specific service or product fees.
Analysis and Reporting
The advanced analysis and reporting of Card Manager is one of its key features. Customers and Merchants are able to view information about their accounts via a selection of traditional paper based statements, or in real time via a web site. Customer reports such as the Management Reports detail spending patterns and allow management to identify exceptions or card misuse.
