Key components of the Gifted solution are:

Card Creation - cards are created as either fixed value or non-denomination, card types are used to group characteristics for the cards such as card number format and lifespan; plastic types are used to identify promotional cards. Pre-existing cards may be imported in to Gifted from external systems.

Card Management - the simple to use Customer Service interface displays key card details such as balance, transaction history and expiry date; these same details may be accessed via Web, IVR or SMS. Customers have the option of registering their details against the card, and selecting their own PIN.

Real Time Processing - customers can activate their cards, redeem, and top up balances all in real time.

Merchant Management - merchant details can be entered directly into Gifted, or synchronised from other Cardlink products such as PointsPro and Loyalty. Merchants are settled at either head office or individual outlet level on a daily basis; fees may be applied against transactions and invoiced to the merchant on a regular basis.
