What should I do if a Fuel card is lost/stolen?
Notify your Fleet Manager / Office Manager immediately. If you’re the account holder you can call us on 0800 663 866 or log into your account at clo.cardlink.co.nz and cancel your card.

How do I become a CardSmart merchant?
To speak with one of our specialists on how to join our CardSmart Merchant Program please fill out the form on the Contact Us page. Once you become an authorised CardSmart Merchant, our CardSmart holders can start giving you their business immediately. MTA Member’s are automatically accepted onto the CardSmart Merchant Program with NO JOINING FEE.
